StatePension.org is a small editorial project. We welcome corrections, feedback, and suggestions for new content.

We cannot help with personal pension queries. We do not have access to your National Insurance record, cannot process claims, and cannot give personalised financial advice. For those, please use the official channels listed further down this page.

Email

The best way to reach us is by email:

To help us reply quickly, please include:

  • The exact URL of the page you're writing about (if any).
  • What you found unclear or incorrect, and the source you checked it against if possible.
  • Any screenshots that help illustrate the issue.

We aim to acknowledge corrections within two working days, and other feedback within five.

What we can help with

  • Pointing out factual errors, broken links, or out-of-date figures.
  • Accessibility issues — keyboard navigation problems, screen-reader gaps, contrast complaints.
  • Topic suggestions — pages or angles we haven't covered.
  • General feedback on tone, length, or readability.

What we can't help with

  • Looking up your personal State Pension record or forecast.
  • Processing claims, deferrals, or voluntary contributions on your behalf.
  • Giving you personalised financial, legal, or tax advice.
  • Speaking to a government department for you.
  • Resolving payment problems or disputes with DWP or HMRC.
